During this assignment you are going to use your creativity! At the end of these lessons you will be able to draw animals realistically with texture. You will also have had your first clay experience.

To draw in a realistic way means to draw something the way it looks like in real life.

Texture: to draw the details of the skin/fur/feathers/scales so we understand what it feels like if you would touch it; the degree to which something is rough or smooth, or soft or hard.

You have drawn 3 smaller fantasy animal sketches for practice
The animals you have drawn looks realistic
The animals are drawn with pencil
The animals consists of al least (minimum) 3 different animals
Your drawings looks neat
The animals have texture (we can see what the skin/fur looks like)

Final

You have drawn the final fantasy animal big on the paper
The animals you have drawn looks realistic
The animals are drawn with pencil

Clay

You have done your best to make the animals look realistic
You have given the clay animal texture in the clay
