PIF stands for Personal Idiom File. Idiom is another word for vocabulary.

Dummy: your sketchbook that you will use for arts for 3 years .
To design: to decide on how something is going to look.
Art: a creative work that expresses feelings and ideas.
An idea: (pronounced /ɪ-dear/, like oh-dear) a suggestion or plan that you want to try out.
A sketch: something that is made to try out some ideas or to see how things look. It is made quicker, with less details than the final artwork.
Final artwork: your artwork in which you show all your practiced techniques and final ideas for a mark.

Carbon paper: thin paper that is covered on one side with carbon (= a black substance) and is used for making copies
