For English you are/have read a book of your own chosing. During the next few arts and design lessons we will be making a book poster or create a scene illustration from the book.
(If you have a book presentation you can use your poster/scene illustration during the presentation to visualise your ideas)

you will promote your book
come up with a relevant background (think about a book setting or characters?)
the whole page is filled and coloured in
you may use colouring pencils or paint (fineliner is allowed for black lines)
the books' titel is clearly visable
the viewer gets an idea what the book is about
you have thought about the layout of the poster. The different elements are balanced out; Harmonious composition.
